CS Dr Swati is a Fellow Company Secretary at Pune (Maharashtra ) having 10 plus years of experience in Secretarial Compliances, Client Relationship Management, Liasioning with stakeholders and Team Building Capacity, Timely compliances. Dr Swati has completed her Ph.D. in the area of Taxation and Finance. She was associated with one of the listed company based in Pune as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. She is an advisor on manycorporate business houses and NGOs.

A Teacher by heart and a professional by brain. Prof. Rajkumar is a qualified Company Secretary and passionate teacher with a cumulative experience of 12 plus years. His core expertise lies in the areas related to Accounts, Finance, and Taxation & Corporate Laws and Research. He has pursued his Ph.D. in Goods & Services Tax from KBC North Maharashtra University Jalgaon. He is KBCNMU University approved Ph.D. Research Guide mentoring 2 Research Scholars.
Rajkumar has delivered several lectures at various colleges and Institutes on Finance, Taxation, Start-ups, and Corporate Laws. He has guided several Ph.D. Scholars for their Major & Minor research projects & Industrial allied Projects. He has published several Research Papers in National & International Journals & Conferences and also co-authored 5 Case Studies for J-gate indexed AIMS Journal of Management, New Delhi. He has published 2 Indian Patent (Co-applicant) and granted 2 copyright till date. He has been awarded with 9 awards till the date, for his academic and social contribution which includes National Level Best Teacher Award and Human Rights Award.

Kumar Ulhas Bhamre is a qualified Tax Consultant, Auditor and Compliance Officer with over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has a proven track record of providing high quality and cost-effective tax and audit services to clients, ranging from small businesses to multinational corporations. Kumar is highly knowledgeable in the areas of Income Tax, GST, including corporate and individual taxation, sales and use taxes, payroll taxes, and estate planning. He also has extensive experience in Nationalised & Private Bank Audits.
Kumar has a deep understanding of auditing financial statements, providing research and analysis on complex tax issues, and developing strategies to minimize taxes.
Kumar has strong problem-solving, organizational and communication skills which
enable him to work effectively with clients and team members. He has a successful
history of helping clients make informed decisions about their financial and tax
obligations. He is also well-versed in the principles of corporate governance, compliance and internal control.
